Keystone Community Corporation is proud to announce a partnership with Trades CoWork, one of the first co-working spaces dedicated to the trades industry.
"Since day one, we've been committed to making innovation visible by creating places where a dynamic innovation community can get together," says Kevin McGinnis, founder and CEO of the Keystone Community Corporation. "Trades CoWork is not just a prime example of a perfect partner, they are also one of our neighbors. In just a few square blocks, we see innovation in action."
Trades is empowering Tradesmen by providing facilities, education and resources that build sustainable and thriving businesses within the industry. Located at 1701 Troost Ave, KCMO, Trades' passion is to level the playing field by providing the best platform for contractors to grow their business. The partnership will include programming opportunities for Trades' members, access to the Keystone mentorship programs and collaborative promotion of activities and events at Trades CoWork.
"At Trades, we provide affordable access to the tools needed to grow businesses in an environment where members can connect with like-minded peers," says William Hayes, founder of TradesCoWork. "Working in partnership with Keystone, our members can access resources that are typically only available to larger companies."
Thursday, January 19th, 5pm-8pm Trades is holding an Open House event to launch the partnership. In addition to seeing the facilities and meeting the Trades team, there will be a pop-up artist show featuring 10 local artists.
