The Future Is Here. Adoption Isn’t.

AI is transforming every industry. But access alone isn’t the answer. The real barrier isn’t the technology, it's whether the systems around it are designed to let people actually use it.

OnRamp is AI education in community-based settings, giving participants the tools, confidence, and critical thinking skills to engage with AI practically and responsibly. Just real skills for the real economy.

AI as your unfair advantage.

4 weeks  |  2 evenings/week  |  2 hours/session  |  For startups

Weekly focus:

  • Week 1: AI Strategy & Deployment Planning

  • Week 2: Agentic AI & AI as Staff

  • Week 3: Communication, Content & Operations

Build real skills. Build your portfolio.

4 weeks  |  3 days/week  |  90 min/day  |  Structured cohort for urban youth

Launching: June 1, 2026

Foundations is a hands-on, confidence-building program that takes young people from AI curious to AI capable. Over four weeks, participants master prompt engineering, explore real-world applications, and build a portfolio of work that proves their skills to future employers.

Our first cohort is delivered in partnership with Lyrik's Institution, a Kansas City nonprofit focused on engaging urban youth in structured pathways to leadership and growth.

Career tracks:

Marketing & Content  |  Technology  |  Operations & Logistics  |  Customer Experience

Participants walk away with:

  • AI-enhanced resume and cover letter

  • Professional prompt templates

  • Career track capstone project

  • Final Showcase presentation

“Our young people don’t lack talent, intelligence, or vision—those things already exist in our neighborhoods. What often hasn’t happened yet is the bridge between that brilliance and the spaces where opportunity lives. At Lyrik’s, we help young people learn how to translate their language, their ideas, and their creativity into environments that haven’t always recognized it. AI literacy isn’t just about technology—it’s another language. When young people learn to speak it, they gain access to rooms where decisions about the future are being made.”

— Kyle Hollins, Founder & CEO, Lyrik’s Institution

This is what it looks like when AI education reaches the communities that need it most.

Powered by Partnership

OnRamp is a joint initiative of Keystone Community Corporation and Google, built to expand access to AI literacy across Kansas City.
